CreateX is Agile
We follow an Agile methodology with many elements of Scrum but refracted through the lens of process management in a digital agency. Everything is planned and executed on time, there is a responsible person for each task. We don’t believe in shared responsibility, so we’ve tried to clear it from our way of working.
