Late inclusion of an SEO specialist in the migration process - in the final stage of the development of the new site of Subra Pharmacies with a ready dev version.
Over 20,000 pages on the old site that needed to be relevantly redirected to the new URLs.

How we approached
- We drew up a strategy for actions before and after the migration in an extremely short period of time;
- We have prepared an export of all resources from the old site and a database for tracking organic results;
- We did a detailed analysis and the corresponding possible SEO optimizations in a dev environment;
- In close communication with the developers, we ensured the correct redirection of the already indexed content to the new page addresses;
- We performed a number of checks (manual and through SEO tools) after the migration was complete;
- We continued to track the technical status and work on the subsequent optimization of the site.
Thanks to the excellent communication with the dev team of Apteki Subra, the elimination of all identified problems took place in an impressively short time.
We continued to monitor data from analytics tools.
